Description Marketing Generalist - Lead Acquisition & Marketing Operations Our client, a B2B focused design company based in La Miranda, is seeking a Marketing professional to drive lead generation and optimizing marketing operations. In the role you will lead new business acquisition efforts and serve as the bridge between our internal team and external marketing consultants. What You'll Do + Lead Acquisition & Campaign Management + Design and optimize digital campaigns (email, paid social, Google Ads, website). + Develop lead nurturing programs and manage inbound/outbound prospecting. + Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline growth. + HubSpot CRM Setup & Management + Implement and manage HubSpot for automation, workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation. + Maintain data integrity and train internal teams on CRM usage. + Reporting & Analytics + Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot and/or Google Analytics. + Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI. + Present actionable insights for continuous improvement. + Campaign Creation & Execution + Support creation of landing pages, emails, and content collateral. + Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time. + Coordinate with sales, creative, and web teams. + General Marketing Support + Contribute to brand awareness and event/trade show marketing. + Assist with website updates, SEO, and digital content distribution. Compensation + Salaried Option (45 hrs/week): $85,000 - $95,000/year + Bonus Incentives: Based on KPIs such as qualified leads, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics. Bonuses range from 5-15% of annual salary. Requirements Ideal candidates will possess: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment. + Proficiency in HubSpot, including setup, management, and reporting functionalities. + Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. + Excellent project management and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities. + Familiarity with email marketing campaigns and digital content creation processes. + Comfortable coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams and external agencies.
