The Programmer Analyst Level 3 will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting applications within the .Net stack. This role involves working with VB .Net or C# .Net code, Crystal Reports, Oracle databases, and SSRS reports. The analyst will collaborate with a distributed team and manage large projects within Visual Studio, ensuring code updates are coordinated effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining VB .Net or C# .Net code.
- Developing and maintaining Crystal Reports.
- Interpreting and defining Oracle database table and field specifications.
- Reading and analyzing complex database schemas.
- Managing large projects/codebases in Visual Studio and coordinating updates among multiple developers using version control software.
- Developing and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Developing and maintaining SSRS Reports.
- Collaborating with a distributed team across multiple disciplines (Business Analysts, DBAs, Developers, and end users).
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working in a team environment with a focus on support and maintenance.
