As a Customer Service & Outreach Representative , you’ll serve as the face of respected nonprofit organizations , connect directly with community members, and help raise awareness for meaningful social causes . Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for donors, supporters, and community members
Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, goals, and fundraising initiatives
Build meaningful relationships to increase donor engagement and community support
Assist in the planning and execution of local outreach campaigns and fundraising events
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, street teams, and public awareness activations
Maintain a positive, compassionate, and mission-focused attitude while interacting with the public
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for social impact, nonprofit advocacy, or public service
Outgoing, team-oriented, and excited to learn
Comfortable speaking with people in fast-paced, public-facing settings
No previous experience required – we provide hands-on, paid training
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States
