El Segundo-based Internet Brands is seeking a mission-oriented team player to join our in-house corporate recruiting team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring grit, energy, and a consultative approach to hire new employees supporting our key growth initiatives. You’ll be supporting the national talent acquisition needs of several brands under the WebMD vertical:

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Actively source and engage active and passive talent by leveraging referrals, leads, technology, external recruiting partners, events, and more
• Optimize the  job posting and advertising processes
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates
• Manage the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Gain experience at an online media company

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally technical recruiting
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Excellent communicator and well-organized

At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the compensation for this role to start at $45,000 + commission and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
