Cargo:
Delivering refrigerated freight of all kinds for single customer
Delivery Type:
Multi-stop Loads (10-15 stops FRESH; 3 Stops DRY)
100% Driver Unload
Tools: Liftgates on Trailers and U-Boats available for Toppers
Drivers will haul BOTH Refrigerated and Dry freight
Driver pickup ALL Empty Rolltainers/Cardboard/and totes at each store
General unload time is 500 pieces per hour (Experience plays into this) and 3,000 pieces on trailer

Compensation:
$1500-$1635 based on experience; $78,000-$85,000 W-2 a year
Accessorial Pay:
$120 unload
$25 per stop 25/week

Hours (Shift)/Home Time/Days Off:
Generally Monday-Saturday Delivery. Some Sundays when needed. Drivers home for a 34 hour reset
Weekend days not guaranteed
Off weekly 34-48 hours
Typical Week For Drivers:
Schedule determined by home time and seniority. Example: Leave house early Tuesday morning and through Saturday
Typical week for a driver might include 2 refrigerated loads and 2 Dry Load
Account Training Involved:
2 Loads or a Week learning unload/reefer trailer
$200 per day
