Job Title: Contract Recruiter/Sourcer – Clinical Healthcare

Our client is a healthcare organization providing clinical services across multiple locations. The recruiting team supports high-volume hiring for non-physician roles within their network of outpatient clinics.

Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced Clinical Healthcare Recruiters for contract roles focused on filling a high volume of clinical openings. These remote positions will support an internal Talent Acquisition team during peak recruitment periods and upcoming leaves of absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Talent Advisors to support hiring across a defined region
• Source candidates for roles including Medical Assistants, RNs, NPs, LPNs, Phlebotomists, and allied health positions
• Conduct phone screens and submit detailed candidate summaries
• Review applications and proactively source via LinkedIn, Indeed, PracticeLink, and specialty boards
• Manage 25–40+ open requisitions, including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for clinical/healthcare roles
• Strong sourcing experience and ability to manage high-volume req loads
• Recently active in the workforce (within the past 3–6 months)
• Reliable, focused, and distraction-free work environment
• Experience using Avature is a strong plus
• High school diploma or GED required

Additional Details:

• Contract Length:
  • Position 1: ~14–15 weeks
  • Position 2: ~18–19 weeks
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during business hours
• Remote Role
• Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
