Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound phone calls. (100 calls per day)
- Completing comprehensive medication reviews.
- Conducting medication therapy management services.
- Accuracy and speed in entry of patient-specific prescription information, diagnosis information, and recommendations into a third-party, web-based application
- Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to Essential Job Responsibility.
Skills:
- Fluently speak, read, and write English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using salesforce preferred
- Must be tech savvy
Education/Experience:
- Valid Pharmacist License in Florida
