Under the direction of the District Division Chief of Traffic Operations, a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the incumbent is the first line supervisor in charge of varied and challenging transportation engineering work involving the supervision of engineers and others engaged in the operation and management of the District Traffic Management Center.
