Venture Together, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer residential, day, community habilitation, respite and employment services, an equestrian program as well as an integrated summer camp. EOE

Chief Financial Officer

JOB SUMMARY

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is an executive responsible for managing the financial health of Venture Together including financial planning, risk management, and reporting. The CFO is a strategic partner to the CEO and other members of the Executive Team. The CFO oversees accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring the agency’s financial stability and compliance with regulations.

The Chief Financial Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; master’s degree preferred
• 10-15 years financial/management non-profit business experience
• Prior senior leadership position in Non-Profit Organization
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to complex financial challenges
• Knowledge of databases and accounting systems to supply the most accurate financial information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Full-Time / 40 hours per week

Annual Salary Range: $167,000 – $172,000
