Currently, our client is looking for a Manufacturing Manager with chemical processing experience to join their facility in Tennessee. Relocation will be provided for applicants moving to the area.

Duties of the Chemical Manufacturing Manager:

Work with the Plant Manager to lead the daily operations of the facility
Lead, evaluate, and motivate plant staff
Develop plant budgets
Set operational goals in alignment with company objectives
Monitor production schedule and ensure it is meeting customer demands
Optimize workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Lead the resolution of safety, quality, or process issues
Create a positive culture within the facility

Requirements for the Chemical Manufacturing Manager:

Proven leadership experience in a production facility for chemicals, oil, gas, or similar
Positive and proactive leadership mentality
Experience working concurrently with management to obtain plant objectives
