Our Care Coordinator’s and Director appoint our mentors to support our newest Angels in achieving their goals with a 6-week mentoring program. You’ll provide personal and professional support, assistance with navigating daily stressors, and become a role model to our newest employees. To become a mentor, you must show leadership skills, understanding of company policies, empathy, and effective communication. Job Requirements: Must have reliable transportation Driver’s license or valid state ID Kind, compassionate heart, with a special interest in helping our greatest generation to age in place Base Pay Range: $12.00-$15.00 per hour based off experience ***We have multiple incentive programs to earn extra money that we would love to talk to you about.... SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW TODAY! *** NO EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM. Our new Angels will attend our orientation course under the instruction of our knowledgeable staff. Our orientation course details our new Caregiver Development Program. This course outlines advanced hands-on training to promote new skills or perfect old ones. All employees are provided with monthly online training to refine their skills and develop a level professionalism unmatched by other agencies.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Light housekeeping- light care-based surface cleaning Personal care- could include bathing assistance, dressing, feeding, oral care, toileting & incontinence care. Social interaction- games, reading, and puzzles. Dementia & Alzheimer’s care- including assisting with cognitive exercises and socialization. Errands and Shopping- assist our clients in going to the store or appointments. Medication Reminders- remind and assist our clients with getting their prescribed medications on time Meal Preparation- Assisting clients with daily nutrition and special diets. Possible schedules: 4hr/8hr/10hr/12hr shifts- Pick your own hours! Create the schedule that works for you! Day shift evening shifts overnight shifts Weekend Shifts Areas we service- Choose where you want to work! Kanawha County (West Virginia) Putnam County (West Virginia) Cabell County (West Virginia) Scioto County (Ohio) and other local surrounding areas
