We’re looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles.
You’ll manage daily bookkeeping tasks, handle accounts payable and receivable, perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll administration and maintain an accurate general ledger. You’ll also work closely with BHB employees and clients to support accounting needs across the accounts payable cycle. What Will Help You Succeed
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role using QuickBooks
Strong aptitude for financial matters, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Associate’s degree with accounting coursework preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures
Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus
