Job Description

Bootleg Special in Boston, MA is looking for one bar manager to join our team. We are located on 400 Tremont Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including overseeing the bar's inventory, ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and working with distributors 
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Ensuring the bar complies with alcohol regulations and local laws 
• Curate new cocktail program as needed, encouraging sales

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position preferred
