Candidates for this position must have proven success in luxury brand automotive sales, team building, customer satisfaction and successful management of multiple automotive dealerships as a General Manager or General Sales Manager. Qualifications:

• It is recommended that general managers have at least five years’ automotive general manager experience.
• Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
