As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will:
- Support our Lead Toddler Teachers to prepare our toddlers for preschool and beyond.
- Inspire toddlers through our creative arts and music programs.
- Celebrate milestones such as potty training, communicating, and expressing emotions.
- Implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
- Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
- Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience we are looking for:
- 1 year of prior experience in childcare is preferred
- Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Oral and written communication skills
