Position: Sr. Applications Support Administrator

Duration: Contract to hire
Job Requirement:
5+ years of SaaS administration in high-growth or high-performance environments.
Proven expertise in:
Strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
Exceptional communication able to translate technical detail into business impact.
Preferred Edge:
Scripting chops (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to automate the routine.
Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Apps Script.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, Zero Trust).
